Welcome Pelham Spong, GRIT Relationship Manager and Job Readiness Coach

IT-oLogy is pleased to announce that Pelham Spong has joined the organization as the GRIT Relationship Manager and Job Readiness Coach. Pelham works with the Growing Resources for IT (GRIT) program, which is grant funded through Midlands Technical College, to provide technical training to unemployed veterans, minorities, women and others with backgrounds in IT.  In her position Pelham works with both the GRIT participants to support them in their career search, and with local employers and IT-oLogy partners to match GRIT participants to technical jobs and on-the-job-training opportunities.

Pelham, a Winnsboro native, has worked in nonprofit fundraising consulting and Higher Education and spent 5 years living and working abroad in Paris, France.  She is a graduate of the College of Charleston.
