David Moses

David Moses serves as the IT Career Development Program Manager at IT-oLogy. His focus is developing IT related courses for post-secondary students, educators, current IT professionals and career-changers. Courses cover a broad range of IT topics.

Before changing careers to IT, David worked as a news photographer for News 19 in Columbia, SC, News14-Carolina in Charlotte, NC and WHNS Fox-Carolina in Greenville, SC. He knows firsthand the discipline required to pursue a career in IT. His knowledge and experience make him the ideal trainer and mentor to a new generation of IT professionals.

David earned his BA in Mass Communications/TV Production from Claflin University in Orangeburg, SC. In addition, he earned an Associate’s degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute and his Masters of Information Technology with a concentration in Internet Security from American InterContinental University in Dunwoody, GA. David also serves as an adjunct instructor at ECPI University.

Born and raised in Mayesville, SC, birthplace of Mary McLeod Bethune, David now lives in Columbia with his beautiful wife, Jewel. They  have two daughters and two sons. David likes to joke and mention that he has a child for every season. Each of his children celebrates a birthday in a different season of the year!
